What this is
Not another feed. A front door.
Most apps ask you to shout louder than everyone else. CRAYVO works the other way round. A place shows up on the map because people are there, and a check-in only counts when someone is really inside, by the QR at your counter or their phone's location at your door.
You don't need to become a content studio. Keep your page true, put a code on the table, run one good perk, and see, week by week, what brings people back.
Types of account
One login. As many hats as you wear.
Everyone starts as themselves. From there you add professional accounts, as many as you need, and move between them without signing out.
Personal account
Your CRAYVO login. It's you, going out: check-ins, plans, your crew. Every other account hangs off this one.
Business account
A venue, a brand, a promoter or an institution: its own @handle, team, venues, menu, table stickers, perks and numbers.
Creator account
You, as a public person: an ambassador, a critic, an artist. Your @handle carries a label people recognise.
Venue staff
Not an account, a key. The counter, the QR or the menu at one venue only. They sign in as themselves.

Opening hours, what you serve, dine-in, takeaway or delivery, a cover photo and your menu. “Open now” is worked out in your own time zone.
A QR on every table
One sticker per table. A guest scans, checks in and orders; the order reaches your counter with the table on it. Pay at the counter, as always.
Perks that pay back in visits
Offer something to people who actually come in. A perk is redeemed at your counter, so you know it brought someone through the door.
Numbers you can trust
Check-ins, regulars, followers, crawls that included you, table orders and perks redeemed. Every count of people is rounded to protect them.
Team, access and shifts
Roles for the business and each venue, a rotating clock-in code, who is on shift now and a weekly timesheet.

Find your place on the map and tell us how to check it is yours. A person at CRAYVO checks it and confirms.

Set your hours and menu, put the code on your tables, bring your team in. Then watch who comes back.

Built for one café, or fifty.
Run several businesses from one login. Every permission is checked on our servers, on every request, so what someone can do never depends on what their screen shows. When someone leaves, their access leaves with them.

What does it cost?
Nothing, while CRAYVO is in beta. Paid plans will come later. When they do, you will hear it from us first, in plain words, well before anything changes on your account.
My café is already on the CRAYVO map. Is it mine?
Not until you claim it. Find it, tell us how we can check it is yours (a work email, a phone call, an Instagram code or a document), and a person at CRAYVO checks. Then it moves into your business account.
Will I see who my customers are?
No, and that is on purpose. You see how many people came, when, and how many came back. Small numbers are shown as a range, never as a count you could trace to a person. People come to CRAYVO to go out, not to be put on a list.
Do my staff need their own login?
Yes. Each person signs in as themselves. You give them access to the business, or to one venue only: the counter, the menu or the QR. You can take it back at any time, and every change is written down.
I run a brand, not a place. Is this for me?
Yes. A business account can be a brand, a promoter or an institution. It gets its own @handle, posts as itself and runs events. It still posts from a real place, like your office or a venue you work with, so the city stays real.
What is a creator account?
You, as a public person: an ambassador, a critic, an artist. Your own @handle carries a label people recognise. There is no team to run and no venue to look after.
